flash to html website

I'm reposting for clarification - I figured out a bit more of what I need based on some of the replies. sorry for the repeat. I bought a flash template a couple of years ago but haven't got it working well (i don't know flash). I want to convert it to html so I can edit it easily and improve SEO. I assume that is legally ok thing to do. I would like to keep the color scheme and general look of the site and be able to add more pages myself later. I do not need animation. if you can do that it would be a plus but not a must have. I am open to a wordpress design if that makes it easier for me to update content in future I want to add social media buttons + call to action + goodle map how much to convert it and keep the same site map colors and layout?
