PSD web designer needed

We require a designer to take over work overflow tasks (mainly mockups for new client websites according to our creative briefs). We are looking for: (a) Pure WEB designers (not developers/programmers that think they can design). You must be a pure web designer who takes pride in their original work with a passion for clean/professional web design and current trends. Your MUST have a clear style which is reflected in your portfolio. (b) Perfectionists and organized design approach (e.g. we require pixel perfect designs and your PSDs need to be clearly structured) (c) Knowledge of usability, CSS/XHTML standards (i.e. you don't actually need to code but you should know the basics to ensure that your designs are web friendly) If you fit above requirements, please feel encouraged to apply in confidence. (5) Programs used (e.g. PS CS5, Illustrator, etc) (6) Additional skills (e.g. Illustration, logo design, XHTML coding, CSS 2, etc - please note; this is not important but only for reference; we are looking for a creative WEB DESIGNER not for coders/programmers or graphic artists) (7) Formal eduction (if applicable - we are mainly looking at the quality of your work and your creativity not for diplomas) (8) Current employment status (e.g. self employed freelancer, employed as web designer but taking on freelance projects in spare time, etc) (8) Your location and time zone Again, we must stress that we are looking for a WEB DESIGNER not a coder.
