Update Flash Webite Content

I have an existing flash website with 5 standard pages About Us, Home, Contact, Products, plus one more. Site is running. Site is using a purchased flash template. Some of the content and graphics have been changed (Home Page). I can provide all the content text and company graphics. 1. Your company will be expected to provide site and graphic design suggestions. To keep the existing template, change it or whatever. 2. The creation/aqusition of appropriate grahics where needed, a company logo design and creation of graphic files. 3. Your company will complete the rest of the flash coding that needs to be done. This is mostly replacing the template text content and buttons with related company content, replacing the current template graphics with related company grahpics and new graphics, fixing a bug with the audio. I'm not just looking for a technical programmer/coder which is needed but also some creative, imaginative DESIGN input. You must also be willing to answer any questions that I will have about the website flash code. Please provide some website references that you have created.
