386603 Vimeo look alike page

I want a look alike design of Vimeo dot com SEE AND READ ATTACHMENT Pages must be saved in php, and editable in Dreamweaver CS4. I do not want the functions or the backend of what Vimeo site does. I just want a look alike, with some changes of course to the background images so it is not an exact copy. See attachment for details. Show examples of past similar work please. READ THE ATTACHMENT. I do not want miscommunication of what is being requested. Work will consist of Home page, registration and login page.
