Website designer & SEO expert – Final file in MS FrontPage

We are a Registered Training Organisation and are looking for an artistic web designer with plenty of SEO experience and English ability. It is important that your quote is reasonable because we want to work with you on a long-term basis. We have many projects for the right person. You must be able to complete a high-quality, SEO-enhanced design for each website in 2-3 days. Websites should be linked to each other in a way that won’t get a Google slap. The final website design must be in MS FrontPage. You must know all about SEO and help us to get each of our websites high rankings (min Top20 Google ranking) in the search engines. We will start by employing a small number of Website designers on very similar projects as a test/competition. The website with the highest ranking (organic SEO only) after a week AND with the best design & navigation will continue working for us on the same contract in the long-term. We currently have 150 websites that need designing & SEO, and more are expected to follow. For this project and every future project, we will provide the basic content, including articles, and you will polish up the site and provide white hat SEO (no black/grey hat methods). In the future, you will research keywords, do split-testing and instruct our writers on your requirements. Each website will typically contain: - A squeeze landing page to capture name and email address (with a duplicate for squeeze page for split testing) - Appropriate anchor text, linking, bookmarks, ALT text for images, meta tags (Title, Keywords and Descriptions for each page) - Clean Search Engine Friendly Code and Navigation - Linking to 1ShoppingCart for e-commerce and autoresponder, and sometimes linking to our client management system for student enrolment (both already set up) - Google Website Optimizer scripts in each page The typical website will have about 10 main webpages, e.g.: Home, About Us, Courses, FAQs, Contact Us, Terms, Privacy, Forum/News, Enrolment page, Articles, Resources Please provide (a) a reasonable quote that is sustainable for you in the long term; (b) proof that you are fantastic at SEO; (c) a full SEO proposal (that includes relevant, permanent & static PR3-PR5 link building, social networking, submitting and incorporating the articles we provide, Digg/Youtube/forum traffic, and other aspects of SEO); (d) 5 links to websites that you have designed entirely by yourself; and (e) confirmation that you can provide websites in MS FrontPage (because I want to quickly and easily change content myself). We are a friendly, honest and decent company. Once you have done a few of our websites, it should hopefully be quite easy for you. This is a full-time job, so you will not have to pay fees or commissions to Get a Freelancer.
