Make a Flash File

Hi, I prepared a flash. But I have some problems. I want a Flash (maybe Actionscript) Guru solve the problems OR make the flash with a new good looking effect for my design. Here is the problems; 1. The pictures' curve sides' resolution is terrible. The flash spoils the resolution. 2. I want the slide show effect begin automatically. But when user hit the arrow buttons, user can navigate between pictures. 3. Main flash uses the some swfs. [login to view URL], [login to view URL] , etc. When I use an effect -for ex. Mask Effect in 1.swf- , Main Flash doesn't show it. The flash file need to be transparent. If you have a better solution instead of solving these problems and using an other ready to use Flash files, please show me working copy. You can check the files from here.
