Simple flash intro

We are looking for a simple Flash intro: - A water reflection background (something like [login to view URL]) that should be animated. It should make you think of the ocean, so I'm looking for a deep blue, not a pool bright blue. - An image with logos that should appear during the whole animation on the bottom part. The image will have a fixed size, but I should be able to dynamically specify the name of the image to load (in a XML perhaps?). - Small sentences should be loaded (again from a XML file?) and appear over the background in sequence. These sentences should be animated. I like the effects the sentences have in [login to view URL] but it can be simpler than this. The number of sentences would vary from 2 to 10. We will consider all bids that give us a specific price and how long you need to implement this intro. If possible we would like to see some work you have done (portfolio). We are located in Madeira Island, Portugal, which is GMT timezone. If your timezone is similar, that will be a plus.
