Freelance Web Designer required for ongoing work

I am a web developer / designer, with a high volume of work. Therefore I'm looking for an experienced UK-based freelance web designer. Your role will be to design web site mockups, based on a brief, and deliver them in PSD format ready to be sliced into HTML / CSS. You will also be required to make minor amends within the project spec. Initially I have one project requiring immediate attention. Should this project go well, there is a second project kicking off in 2 - 3 weeks time which would then be offered. Your skillset will include experience in web design, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, usability design and excellent communication skills. Javascript would be an advantage, but is not essential.
