Text to Web Interface

Need a website & interface. People will need to be able to text (SMS Message) a number with a location and message. The interface must interpret this SMS, categorize it by location and date/time and then display the message on the website in real-time ascending order (latest to earliest) by location (ie. users on the website will be able to visit different location pages on the site and see only those messages sent with that specific location). Locations will be fixed; ie. only messages with locations that are allowed will be interpreted and displayed on the website. This is a sort of "Texts from Last Night" concept idea. Small budget for now, but will need additional programming and development at later points and good job = coming back for more.
