France - secretarial work

Hello, I am a native French speaker and I live near Clermont-Ferrand. It's 1 h 30 / 2 h from La Celle-sous-Gouzon (as the position of your property appears on the map). As far as the administrative management at distance is concerned, my rate is 10 € per hour. But if you want me to come on site, I will have to ask you for a compensation for the journey due to the distance and the expenses (time, car, gasoline). My qualifications (apart from taking care of my own administrative formalities and my function as a teacher for many years): I have worked for 10 years in companies with job profiles that included secretarial work. Hello! I'm rigourous and very thorough about following instructions to the letter. Briefing you over call isn't a problem. Usually I'm either in Cannes or in Clermont-Ferrand throughout the year, the latter of which so happens to be the closest major city to the village where the property is located. I've lived in Lausanne for a bit and picked up Swiss French as a result and I can switch between the two dialects as needed for your communications. Owning a village property is actually one of my major life objectives, so I'm also hoping to pick up some bits and pieces on how managing one is really like, as a side objective.
