A video game needs to be made - An academic Project!

I need a video game to be made with the following description description: UDK Mission Based Game (First Person Shooting Game) Storyline: One assassin who gets information from a particular building or place and then move towards the target i.e assign to him. Kill the target Features * City Map (Any) * Custom Character (Player and Enemy) * Multiple Custom weapon(3 or 4) * Life Guage or Health Bar (User and Target) * Enemies at particular places * Vehicles (Normal City Traffic) * Citizen * Radar for Navigation (simple, No city Map just for the enemies location) * Vehicle for traveling from one place to another (for user) * Assign different colors for different enemies in Radar Navigation for pointing out the main target. * Custom Main Menu -------- Please ask if you have any questions.
