Mod game objects for Stormworks: Build and Rescue Game

Looking for game devs or modders that can take current game objects and modify them to be a different size. The game in question is called Stormworks and is a block building game which uses a mesh and xml file for each of their build blocks. An example block has been provided below, its the 1x1 window. I would be looking to make a long list of items providing i find the right person at the right price. In my search so far I have been unable to find people who can edit these files.
