The project is about a local chrome-extension which cant be published to the chrome store but needs an auto-update function. It should be possible via windows registry changes and a custom manifest update url. ( own researches ) Aim is to put a new deployment onto a server (e.g. heroku ) and its auto-update at the local users PC Would prefer if you have done it once.
