397085 Design Door Hanger Flyer

I need an advertising flyer (door hanger) designed using the attached photoshop template. The chosen designer must submit 2 mock ups. 1 will be chosen and a few revisions may be necessary. The company you'll be designing for provides Lawn Mowing, Landscaping, and other services to home owners. The design should incorporate this. You can use stock photos, so long as they are royalty free. I have attached the company logo so you can get an idea of the color scheme. The logo must be incorporated into the flyer. If needed, I can provide a logo file with a transparent background. Also, I have attached the services that need to go on the hanger. Please provide a link to your design portfolio.
