Web 2.0 Designer - Concepts Wanted

You will be completely expert with Web 2.0 style design. And understand above all the relationship between what you design and what can be coded. I will be requiring you to provide concept designs for the re brand and re design of [[login to view URL]][1] You will come up with concepts that include 1. Front page 2. Short profile view 3. Full profile view 4. Payment selection page 5. A pro directory page 6. A jobs page This is four basic themes or variations of your concept. At the end of your concept design you will provide me with the full mock up example pages and ALL the neccessary components, shading guides, fonts, and PSDs so that my coders can take your guides and turn them into pages using their very rudimentary design and page creation staff/designers. The attachment shows you the following 1/ A word document outlining the importance of WEB 2.0 and my understanding, likes and dislikes. 2/ An excel document which features a home page layout, outlining what I think should go where on the page. Similarly it features outlines of short profile, search pages, and full profile pages from you to start with. You will need to know the following.. 1/ The concept of the current site and why I am designing it again. 2/ Why flash players or player skins are important. You will ascertain the following 1/ What type of flash player is being used now, and how it can be changed 2/ If my chosen flash players in the brief can be manipulated to work around your design or not. As part of this project it is worth noting that if you design me a concept which later can not be transfered into code ( ie. the player ) then you will have to come back and work on it again.
