Real Estate investment package needed!!

Looking for someone to design a real estate development investment package., I have a design ready, but we are looking for something totally different, the sample I upload is just for you to use the content for you mock ups. Anyone who bid on it, please provide mock ups or proposal, we can not make any decision on your portfolio, Here is the requirement, 1, size: 11x17 landscape(it is not s typical brochure, we will print page by pages, and bind it) 2, font: roboto thin or light. 3, this is a market research and report package, and it will be sent to banks, please make it professional. 4, Color theme, use logo color, logo file is in the attachment. 5, need an additional letter head page, so if we need to put extra content, it will be easy. 6, need the original design files with layer, so we can change the pictures or color if we need to. 7, need all the font file, assuming you don't want to use roboto font, and you come up with some crazy cool design. I don't want to limit your design, and we will need at least ,at least 3 mock ups to make a decision, thanks. Once we award you the project, we will give you the original content file (.doc, excel, picture, etc.) Thank you
