customized campaign for fb competition

I am looking for someone to create a customized campaign for a facebook competition. The campaign must be created in CSS and then viewed on a web deloper tool such as firebug to inspect element and find the name of the CSS selector and then add an appropriate rule to the stylesheet. the competition is for a one year anniversary and should be withing our branding guidelines. It is very basic (only using black and white). More info on the text will be shared with the winner of the project.
