some graphics for iphone quiz

I need to design graphics for an iphone quiz. you need to provide two sets of images using 640x960 and 320x480. i need the following 1- icon ( in different sizes) 2- main menue screen 3- option screen 4- select level screen 5- middle screen the theme of the game will be about food. i liked the following desig, so check it out [login to view URL] i will need a sample. at least make me the main menue like the attached template and just add pictures of fast food sandwiches, pizza, drinks etc like the link above.
