create current logos into vector files

I currently have a logo that was made in photoshop and I need it to be recreated in illustrator so that I have the following file formats in vector: .png, .pdf, .eps I would like the following files to be created: 1 x white dove 1 x black dove 1 x logo (text only) with black writing 1 x logo (text only) with white writing 1 x logo (text & white dove) with black writing 1 x logo (text & black dove) with black writing 1 x logo (text & white dove) with white writing 1 x logo (text & black dove) with white writing I have attached these files in .pdf format for the winning bidder to copy exactly.
