Forum with CMS

Hello, I need a forum software with a CMS functionality. The forum software can be any of the majorly available scripts online e.g. phpbb, simple machines forum, vanilla, bbpress, vbulletin etc. The forum script will be provided. Most of these forum scripts already come with CMS functionality. You just have to integrate and customize the forum script to our needs. The forum will have sections for users to post deals from various online ecommerce sites, and other users can view, vote up/down, comment and share the posts. The forum and it's various sections have to be connected to the CMS on the front end where the admin/mods can display the highest voted/rated posts as featured deals. The entire website layout should have a responsive fluid layout and should look very fresh and clean. You can take design and functionality cues from [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and desidime.com. More references will be given as the project proceeds. The main page should have sections like Featured Deals, Hot Deals etc with infinite scrolling. It should have sidebars with Trending deals, most rated deals, recent coupons, top & featured stores etc. Just like [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and desidime.com. User sections should have reputation and point system and user titles etc just like every forum software does. The users should also have the option to [login to view URL] their points for gifts, rewards etc. Newsletter system should also be there where hot and top deals can be emailed to subscribed users. Social Login and share features are also required. Advertisement sections should be available from the admin panel for easy ad placement. These reference sites have everything that is needed for our project. Each and every function of them has to be copied over to our script, which might or might not be included here plus a few modifications of our own. I repeat again, our script has to function exactly like the above mentioned websites in all aspects. So there should be no room for confusion. Please include the text, "I will make your deal site" when you bid for the project so that I can know you actually read though the project requirements. Bids without the text will be ignored. People with previous experience in forums and CMS will be preferred.
