Revise my animated video by changing animation and adding new voiceover

A professional firm created a fantastic animated video that explains my company's product. It contains animation, music, voice over, and some graphics. I have all the After Effects, Photoshop, and audio source files for the project. I had someone create a revised version but unfortunately they never delivered the final product.
