Website with Pro Design and Online Live Streaming Software - open to bidding

Need to create a Website with an extreme detail design. The website has to have: -Live Streaming Software: this means that i will be recording with a camera HD and i need to go LIVE on the website. -Basket: i am gonna be selling two packages and i need to charge the people for my services. -User Login -Community space: people subscribed can upload videos and pictures and post their comments -Live chat: i need to have a live chat integrated -Languages: i need the website in at list 9 different languages ‪Copyright ownership is a must.‬ I need to be able to maintain the website myself after you finish the work and you will have to give me everything i need to maintain the Live Streaming also. ‪Please if you have understood the requirements and you feel capable for doing this write "I CAN DO THIS JOB" before your proposal.‬
