Since this would be my first project and I need good feedback to be able to get other projects in the future on the website, I will do it for only 100 euros. I have been building websites for a lot of time and I also took care of the seo and the page speed optimization. I know the main techniques to improve this and I have been working even with big websites which had a lot of traffic and not a very good code structure and still I was able to boost the score. I'm able if it's needed to even create a cache page with html only via a cronjob which will minify all the css/js, add it inline (as google wants too) and update it every 5 minutes.
