Build a Gallery Website - Repost - open to bidding

I'm looking for a web based Image gallery application. I searched for a few templates from the internet and found the following which matches my requirements: [login to view URL] My client does not want to use this as it they don't want to be bound to the license surrounding the web template. We are not looking for all the functionality included in this template. From a layout point of view, we basically need: the responsive component, all functionality included on the home page including the Like, Hover Effect and the Filtering. the underlying portfolio page functionally using the Right Sidebar layout and including the ability to browse the image sets as per the template. the menu design as it is. From a functionality point of view, we basically need: to enable users to browse and like portfolios All portfolios liked by the user are required to be accessible from the main menu item and from the filter functionality on the home page Photo Proofing functionality is required From a administration point of view we basically need: Functionality for registering portfolios Functionality to capture biography of the owner, filtering properties or tags and the ability to upload portfolios image sets with captions Ability to assign Photo Proofing on specific image sets The application is required to be build using C# and MVC (Preferably MVC 5). All content is required to be stored in a SQL database including the portfolio images. Please let me know if this is possible in principal, so that we can go through the full breakdown of the requirements.
