So i am looking to hire a long term artist for some projects. I own a shop and want to out source some projects to save some time. In order to be considered you must FULLY read this and send me a message while meeting the requirements. I want you to look at the document i attached and describe to me what i can do to improve it, Ne what you would do to improve it. My second requirement is as follows, i am not looking for someone who can just get onto a computer and do some digital art, I want a true artist who sketches out there design by pencil then transfers the outline to digital media. I will require the original paper outlines as well as the digital media, i do this to show that you are creating true original artwork and not just doing some editing to previous online media. There is a lot of work ahead which will include the following: Tattoo design, Logo design, Brochure design, banner design and more. One more thing i would like you to send is a word outline on how you would create a design that will be put onto the front thigh of a persons leg, It will be a oval alien created with a multitude of flowers in a way that shapes the head as well as the eyes. It will need the option to have vivid colors in the future and designed where there can be endless addons. This will be a hourly job, and hours per week will be based off your portfolio, how many projects you can handle, as well as performance. check out some of my artwork on Instagram @ese_dingo_909. I usually do portraits because that's what people usually ask me for, I've also done a few tattoo designs. if you want original work from out of my head I can do that. 909 9132212, if you want to drop off a text mesdage. As for the design you uploaded I think if you fill up the little guy with black and seperate it from the symbol by leaving a thin white space then fade in into the symbol or have the outer symbol shaded it'll look nice.
