UI for a Healthcare CTMS system

ONLY FRONT END Designer wanted. Not DEVELOPERS We are Healthcare company in stealth mode, which will be disrupting the space within the medical operations with the key goal of driving efficiency, governance and insights. Our software both Mobile and website version will be used by many medical professions for various key tasks. We are a team of both technical and medical professions whom have come together to change the status quo. Our Moto is Quality in Motion! We are looking for an exceptional UX/UI designer that will help us to visualise our vision, process and design. We have completed our initial design but it requires the WOW factor and we need to seriously change the UI to simply the process. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE… whom can carry out a workshop to take out ideas and turn these into simple but effective design, majority of the backend work has been completed, but we require someone with the skill to re-image in the frontend, as a example we love this simple idea [login to view URL] Please do not waste our or your time, if you cannot communicate and articulate our vision with ease. Need to be proficient the English language. Here are the key attributes and skills you need before applying :- 1. Able to demonstrate experience working on many verticals with previous designs 2. Crisp, fresh clean and modern design style 3. Able to create quirky design to simplify work process, some of these can be complex 4. Able to create and illustrate flows based on user stories and process flows. a. I would like to use story boards and UX design features combined to address each process and interaction 5. - 2+ Years of Software UI/interaction design experiences at consumer-focused tech or media companies. 6. - Top tier user interface and interaction design skills. 7. - Obsessive attention to detail. 8. - Focused and dedicated to how products “look” and “feel”. 9. - Exceptional design velocity: ability and willingness to quickly produce multiple concepts. 10. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. 11. - Deeply collaborative and iterative approach to product design, focused on ensuring a unified experience across the board. 12. - Experience working closely with engineers to develop and iterate on interactive software experiences. 13. - Experience designing for a variety of screen sizes and platforms: for fully responsive web experiences and/or for mobile (touch-device) apps. 14. - Experience in prototyping UI interactivity and in incorporating motion/animation into UI. 15. - A strong understanding of the tools and technologies involved in designing and building interactive software experiences. 16. - A keen knowledge of what is possible in modern Android, iOS, and web development and of design and interaction patterns and trends within each. 17. - Proficiency with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design and prototyping tools.
