Looking for an artist capable of realism to design scifi characters and aliens.

I am looking for someone to create a cartoony yet realistic rodent known as a gremlin. My company plans to feature 50 images of them on the pages of our first scifi rule book. These characters should be comical, a sort of a play on goblins from fantasy settings. They are 4 armed smart little creatures who lack formal language yet just so happen to be the most prolific species in the galaxy. The attached picture is a sort of example of what we are looking for. If hired we would like to get one primary concept image made, and 50 additional images of 1-4 gremlins doing funny or otherwise interesting things in front of a white background. Bonus: If you are interested we will also be offering the person we hire a chance to create a weekly webcomic for these gremlins. We will be offering 50% of any profits from the webcomic or any merchandise related to gremlins and free publishing of a physical copy of the comic every 20 weeks along with 50% of the profits of this. This is a bonus offer and not a prerequisite for the job mind you. The second attached image is of the style we are looking for. we would like all of our art to appear as if it came from the same source.
