Ongoing vector/layout work needed

We are looking to outsource some of our day to day graphic design chores. We have a website ([login to view URL]) that receives orders in on our online designer software. We are looking for someone to take the graphics uploaded by customers, trace/redraw them in adobe illustrator and prepare them for print. Everything is raster to vector. We are averaging 5 to 10 pieces of customer art a day so we are looking for someone who can give us a low cost per design for ongoing work. Our internal staff handles all of these requests now and most take 10 to 15 minutes. As the company grows, we are looking to put our internal designers on other projects and allow this customer work to be handled externally. Please bid per job, assuming 5 to 10 jobs per day.
