Scrap website

I need a Python program to scrap this page [login to view URL] ; I am a programmer myself but I do not have time moment being. I want the output to be exactly like [login to view URL] You will share me the program and process I will test it with my excel file or CSV. I need it in 6-7 hours and I have a budget of 20$. Bid exactly 20$ and 1 day and write - "I can do this and will use **** program to do this" and 90% chance you are accepted. I am looking to fetch data from January 2014; You can use any other program but well you need to show me how to operate with that quickly. If you do this OK, I have another job for 50$.
