1. About Australian Traveller Media and [login to view URL] Australian Traveller Media is a small print & digital publisher based in Sydney, Australia. Australian Traveller magazine is a quarterly travel magazine 100% focused on holiday travel in Australia. 2. Grand plan - Increase traffic: From 300,000 to 1,000,000 users per month by July 2022 - Traffic from organic search channel: From 200,000 to 600,000 users per month - Traffic from email channel: 20,000 to 100,000 users per month - Need to grow email database from 90,000 to 500,000 subscribers - Need to revamp the email subscriber journey 3. Problems with current email subscriber journey - Treats print magazine subscribers and digital subscribers differently - Not enough on-site buttons / links to the subscription form - Subscribers cannot manage their own subscriptions and preferences - Cumbersome and dated 4. What we want a.) One single elegant and intuitive subscription form with the following functions / attributes: - Three levels of subscriber (free, $10 digital magazine, $50 print magazine) - Dynamic fields - Google autofil / sign-in with social media account - Autofil street address details - Gift subscription functionality - Online payments - Integrated with Adestra (Upland Software) b.) Profile centre for subscribers to manage their accounts and contact details - Contact details - Subscription level, renewals and payments - Demographic information - Travel preferences - Integrated with Adestra (Upland Software) c.) e-Mag library for subscribers to browse and view current and back issues of digital version of the print magazine d.) Support marketing assets - 4 buttons / links to the subscription form / profile centre login - 4 email templates for email marketing - 4 x subscription display advertising templates for Google Ads - 4 x subscription display advertising templates for FB 5.
