We are looking to hire a Web Designer that can create approx 7-10 templates for all the pages of our website and adjust the templates as necessary for the various sections of the website. We will ask the Designer to create up to 3 distinctly designed drafts of each template for us to select which version we want to go with on the website. Logo adjustments will also be involved (we already have the basic template for that one). Designer must be proficient in and be willing to use HTML and CSS. Designer must be willing to work with diverse people in a collaborative environment with progressive values. Designer must be willing to accept rounds of notes and make multiple changes to their design per the Founder's instructions in order for the deliverables to be considered complete. Designer must have an interest in live Theatre, as the website is a social network for Theatre people.
