Web Designer to support the evolution, build and deployment of Tribe Dynamics' brand on its website

Tribe Dynamics is looking for a self-motivated Web Designer (preferably based in the San Francisco Bay Area) to support the evolution, build and deployment of the Tribe Dynamics brand on its website, with an emphasis on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio with examples of web design and building website brand identity. The Role: - Work closely with our Marketing team to build out the next generation of our website, landing pages, email, and other content marketing assets, with a focus on performance - Organize and implement web design requests and provide ongoing site maintenance - Manage and service the pipeline of new content, templates, and design for our website in a timely, prioritized, and strategic fashion, partnering with cross-functional teams to do so - Continually drive and evolve our standards for the design of our digital collateral Qualifications: - A strong background and portfolio in digital web design, with proven results - Coding fluency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript to produce assets that are standards compliant, SEO-optimized, and multi-browser compatible. Experience in designing for Hubspot required - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma preferred - Infographics and data visualization development experience preferred
