Our client is a small new Insurance company who would like to build a world-class, lead generating and mobile friendly website that can engage and direct leads to their call center sales team. Through the combination of an elegant design, hyper-relevant imagery and compelling copy highlighting the core products and services offered, the client hopes to create a lasting emotional connection with consumers, and also communicate the brand. The website will be similar in terms of features and complexity to websites such as: • Outsurance:!hfp://[login to view URL] • AxaMansard - [login to view URL] • Santam - [login to view URL] • Progressive - [login to view URL] We will be providing all the images, photography and graphics to go on the site, as well as very clear design guidelines. Though we would expect the developer to be able to bring a little creativity from experience regarding certain modifications to our suggestions that may work better with design/development guidelines and technical feasibility. The most complex features (which are not very complex in reality) are going to be: • An application form that allows user to enter their information and then calculates a premium for them (using an algorithm we provide) • Ability for users to file claims directly through the website by filling online forms and uploading/attaching images • User login section, which has basic information around the user's account and the products they are subscribed to, claims in progress, status of claims, and then also ability for user to make payments online via the Interswitch/Quickteller payment gateway. Lastly, the website will be built on WordPress CMS.
