Wix development

We will open a new hostel in 2-3 months. We have a new (Wix) website, FB Buss account (with Pixel), IG and Twitter. On the website we only have a landing page so far. We have connected GA and GTM with the website but have not set up anything further regarding goals, etc. We still have to decide on a PMS booking system and channel manager (just google what they are if unclear) - probably next week or the week after. Once done, those apps have to be added to the website (and maybe social media). Buffer already connects with our FB, IG and TW. We will run social media ourselves. Suggestions for optimal keywords would be appreciated for each channel though. What we need: 1. The website needs more pages (including booking pages - once the PMS system is decided) and more content. We will create the content but need suggestions as to keywords for headlines, text, etc, .... Analytics, tracking and website optimisation (titles, tags, headlines H1, H2, and all the other stuff), getting rid of bugs and streamlining is the first order of business. When that is set up, then tracking goals and further expansion of the website is next. I want a website with optimal SEO, SEM and SERP, all possible penalties removed, minifying, all bugs fixed, site search, remove internal clicks, etc… and have GA/GTM tracking goals (URL Destination, Visit Duration, Page/Visit, Event, Tracking campaigns on website and social media, …) goals providing detailed customer info. 2. The social media pages should all send people to the website for bookings. Possibly on FB they might book as well. We will sometimes have social media campaigns and I want to be sure that all the accounts are optimised. Analytics here are needed too. Good conversion rates for bookings, plus further suggestions as for maintenance. 3. All analytics should be easy to understand. Not all in our team of owners are savvy in these matters and if I am not available, they should be able to use the data too. 4. During the work, it is important that daily updates are made on what has been done. 5. Finally, since we will need to make updates to the website throughout the year, a list of things to avoid on Wix would be great. So, we are looking for someone within our budget or as close to it as possible. How long would it take? Also, once set up, can we come back to you when additional bugs are found and/or revisions need to be made anywhere, and if so, for how long or for how many times?
