I'm looking for a PDA version of the Pennsylvania ALS protocols. I'd upload them, but the file is too large. You can find them online at:

The final product should be compatible with Pocket PC 2003, WM5, and WM6, though I'm willing to go without 2003 if need be. It should also work on multiple screen sizes/resolutions (240x240, 240x320, QVGA, etc.).
What I'd like is something that lists the protocols in the beginning (just like the table of contents) and that is clickable. When a protocol is clicked on it brings it up. I understand that it would be hard to have an exact replica of the protocol as it exists in PDF format due to screen real estate, but I'd like it to be as close as possible and require ONLY vertical scrolling.
I would also like a medication calculator built in. This should allow for a patient's weight to be entered in either kilograms or pounds and then calculate the appropriate medication dosing based on ratios that I will provide.
Ease of use, accuracy, and reliability are key in this. The goal is to get something that can be used by EMTs and paramedics quickly in the field. If you have EMS experience that is a plus, since I think it will certainly be useful in helping you figure out how to reformat things for the PDA. I will require a copy of all source files after your successful completion of the project.
