IT Help Desk Support - We are looking for a skilled IT professional to provide ongoing support for software troubleshooting. - The ideal candidate should have experience in resolving various software issues, network related issues, including installation errors, crashes, and compatibility problems. - The support required will be ongoing, so the candidate should be available to assist whenever issues arise. - Communication will be conducted through remote desktop,Phone and Email, so proficiency in remote troubleshooting ,Phone and Email is a must. - The candidate should be able to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. 1- Escalations from the team 2- Troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues for our client base You'll join a team who priorities quality and maintaining good relationships with users. Your success will be defined by KPIs focused on: quality notes first time fixes good feedback from users Key Requirements: Zoho Ticketing system Cisco CCNP certification or demonstratable experience to that level. knowledge of a variety of networking hardware, preferably Cisco. Understanding of both IPv4 & v6 addressing. Have daily experience of working with routing protocols Understanding of MPLS, VRF’s and creating L2 or L3 tunnels over MPLS. Solid understanding of the OSI model and how common network and application protocols correspond to each level. Understanding of Spanning Tree and best practices. Practical experience of managing RIPE internet registry. Able to both design networks of various scale and implement the required config on devices. Able to troubleshoot networking issues and resolve them. Monitor performance and address concerns through capacity planning. Be flexible to solve problems should escalation be required out of hours Very strong knowledge of Security software and desktop support is plus. Cisco/networking knowledge. Excellent theoretical/Practical concepts Flexibility to work on odd hours
