Need a House Cleaner to tame my Dust Bunnies in the Thaxton/Bedford County, VA area

Budget: $40. I have a 1 bedroom house (total of 5 rooms plus 1-1/2 baths) that needs a thorough cleaning--move the couches/chairs to clean under them, NOT just hit high traffic areas. I will assist with moving anything heavy. I have all the supplies, including a lightweight vacuum cleaner that is easy to use on stairs. There are hardwood floors throughout with one area rug in the bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower that is heavily iron-stained. I do NOT have collectibles/breakables all over my home, so not much to worry about in the way of cleaning little annoying things. There is a Chair Rail shelf on most of the walls in the house, and it will need to be wiped down. Required activities: Sweep/vacuum Mop Dust furniture/wall stuff Remove cobwebs Clean bathrooms Etc. I would love the inside of the windows to be washed as well, but that's not a complete necessity. Right now this is a one-time job, but could possibly turn into a recurring job as MY income grows.
