We need someone to create a menu area in HTML5 (HTML/javascript). The area contains icons in the same way the App listing on iPhone/iPad and Android, but with some additional functionality. The details and required functionality are described in the attached file. Please be sure to have fully read the attached file before bidding. Additional requirements: - JQuery and jqwidgets ([login to view URL]) are libraries we would like you to use to make this functionality. Of course plain Javascript is also acceptable if that works better. - other Javascript libraries are only allowed after approval by us - the script itself needs a certain performance, we allow a maximum of 50ms (excludes the image loading) for at least 50 items. This is the performance we want to see on an Android tablet/phone. So it's important to write without unnecessary overhead. - It needs to work both with mouse as as well as touch based systems (phones/tablets). - Animation of dragging and scrolling need to be smooth (as far as possible on the device)
