We have a platform which supports processing of funnels for sales & marketing related activities. Currently this is only available for editing as XML. We would like to provide our users with a visual editor which allows non-technical users to drag components from a palette to create the workflow More details here - [login to view URL] Note that there is no design for this project. It is a requirement for the freelancer to understand the concepts and to produce a solution with good useability. The solution will access funnel configuration from the server as json, and will save by doing a POST to the server with the complete new json. The solution should be packaged as a jquery plugin There is no requirement to use any particular client side tools. D3, jquery-ui, etc, are all acceptable. This all seems relatively simple and doable. I put a week because I am not 100% sure of the details. Creating a json template out of xml is definitely the way to go, editing xml can be quite annoying. I would use API calls with AJAX and node / express on the backend. Just a few more details on your part and we can get the ball rolling.
