I have a landing page with a form to which I need to make some tweaks: 1. I want to disable horizontal scrolling. 2. I want links (images) to be highlighted when the mouse hovers over them. 3. The form on the page is laid out as <span> tags and <img> tags. This needs to be coded up as a real HTML form, but needs to look exactly the same as it is in the layout. The fields are currently represented as images, and those images need to be the background of the fields.
