Need mobile browser programmer! Problem with "hide/show header as scrolling scrollview down/up" (HTML,coding)

(Please check [login to view URL] in mobile mode for the issue before applying, menu box should be disappearing after scrolling down). Sometimes it's working on some mobile phones, sometimes it doesn't, like Huawei. If it's working on yours - so you can't help much, please write only if you see an issue. (all code inside of the footer) I have a menu box, that is dropping out and in on the left top side. It's working in Chrome, Opera, FireFox (inspect element). It's working in Chrome (mobile). That doesn't work in some others mobile browsers, that menu box just disappears after some time. Please write "apple" in reply so I know you did read the topic and know what I'm talking about. I need someone who can fix it, so it will be working on other mobile web browsers.

"APPLE :)" Sorry I could not quite understand what the problem is. Is that the menu button should always stay visible even when the user scrolls? If that is the issue it is a simple fix. If I misunderstood the issue and you would like to tell me I'd be glad to listen and see if I can help you out. I have two suspicions why it might be reacting like that on some browsers. I saw the javascript code that is managing the hide/show functionality and on my opinion it is not written well at all.
