Paypal API Integration to GoDaddy website

I am looking for a freelancer with a sound understanding of payment processor integration into a website to undertake a project for me. The project is for the integration of Paypal API technology into a website built in GoDaddy's Marketing Websites platform. I am approved with a business merchant seller account on Paypal. I have the ability to ask for API credentials on Paypal, but this is where I stall, because of the "sandbox test" and the codes that are generated. It's all "code gibberish" to me. So, I would need someone who could assist with the integration process and make sure it's done properly. Specifically, there are 4 possible products/services that can be charged on my website which is a content publishing site related to the financial services industry. Two (2) of the APIs would be simple plug-ins for online coaching/instruction by appointment. The other two (2) APIs concern a subscription service of bi-weekly newsletters and occasional emails (monthly or annual subscription). I have tried to plug these API's in myself, but I am not really sure if I am doing it right or if they will work? Therefore, I need someone with expertise in this area. Please review the image files to get a more specific idea of the places where the Paypal payment buttons need to be placed on my site. My website is top-ranked under some Google search terms, and I need to start monetizing on that. By the way, I also own about 30 other URLs and I am looking to start up websites for a few of those URLs over the next year or so. But for now, I need to get this project completed within two weeks. Once up and running, I may need an expert to help me get more websites off the ground later this summer or fall.
