Simple app to mint NFTs to existing ERC721 contract

I am looking for someone to create a simple app to mint non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to an existing ERC721 contract. This collection isn't open to public minting, but instead it is my personal artist collection, where I mint individual pieces and then manually list them to different marketplaces. The app should include: 1.- Connect (Button) (Authenticate via Metamask / Ledger) 1.- Name (Field) 2.- Description (Field) 3.- Browse files (To select video or image to mint) 4.- Mint (Button) That's pretty much it on the frontend. Assuming that I've already connected to the app using Metamask, once I populate all the fields and click on "mint" it should upload media to the IPFS, pull the IPFS hash from the uploaded media and generate the Metadata that will be minted as an NFT, then allow me to verify the transaction via Metamask and proceed to mint the token. We can use my Digital Ocean Droplet to host this simple app. I don't need any fancy UI's for this as this won't be publicly available, neither do I need it to be responsive, I'll only interact with it on desktop, so as long as it is functional on Chrome desktop browser, it's fine. I've got more plans to expand this little app to include features such as batch minting, but for the moment I need the basics urgently.
