Hi. a RPi or Arduino board that is connected to the same wireless network of the data collection point is enough. if the offline server could be accessed in anyway(like be in a DMZ zone or etc) that can be accessed on any specific time during a day/night. another script could automate the task of sending the stored data that is on flash drive to the remote server.
