Write an iPad application fast

I would like to have a number picking app that has the following. -First screen show games to choose from -Second screen show numbers you can pick. Pick three only -Third screen Confirm what game they picked and numbers that was chosen. (has a print) button to print. The print has to show game, number and time stamp. Once confirmed goes back to first page. - I need the numbers to be put into a data base so you can search up the numbers and see if any of them match.
