Rebuild InDesign file from PDF

Hi There, I need an InDesign expert to build a 12 page DL size document with Facing Pages. We accidentally trashed the original InDesign file and now we only have the Links and the Fonts and a High Res PDF available. We will supply all links and Fonts, and you simply need to rebuild the .indd file to match our PDF version. We ask that you supply 1 spread first and we approve that before you proceed with completing all other pages. We will also supply the base InDesign file as a template that we would like you to build on. That way, it is set up with our required bleeds, etc. This is easy job for InDesign expert !! Thanks.
