We are a Singapore based medical manufacturer. We are working on a new project focusing on developing a new dry powder device. Bidders are to fulfill the below requirement before submitting bids. 1) Serious and experience designer 2) PM us your conceptual idea (need not to model it in CAD) 3) Explain to us about your idea. 4) PM us the amount that you would want to obtain from this project.
