link building

I need someone to do link building for me and this will be continues work month by month if you interested or if not only for this project.. Requirement 1. i will have 100 sites that i need to have a link building 2. each site will have at least 10 - 15 links 3. i dont need high PR, PR0 do just fine (as long as that page is being cahce or index by google) 4. This links need to stay at least for 2 years 5. i dont want a website that i got the links from will have more than 10 outbound links (means that i have 10 links out to other site) 6. i need an report in excell sheet once its complete and i need to verify i got those links... 7. you can get any links except: ADULT LINKS, GAMBLE, LINKS that is NO NO... 8.
