salesmen needed to get sales for soccer tipping website

I have a website selling soccer tips. I sell my tips for 38euros per day. There may be more than 1 tip given per day, but the charges will still be 38euros per day. However, if the number of winning tips is less than or equal to the number of losing tips, I will provide a full refund the next day. Now I need sales people to promote my website and get people to buy my tips. For every successful sale (where I do not need to refund my customer), you will get 25% of the sales return. That is 10euros per sale paid to you via paypal if my tips make an overall profit for that day. Pls contact me for more discussion on how I shall know that the buyer is referred by you.
