50 PR+3 links from IT sites / blogs URGENT

I require 50 Do-follow / on theme PR3 and greater links. Here are the requirements; All 50 links must be unique, i.e not on the same range like 69.254.1.2., [login to view URL] etc etc, must be seperate IPs and domains. Must be IT (computer) related and other type of links will not count, for clarification I will give URL to those that request. Links must be varied to deep link to my page, there will be a total of 5 deep links, with 1 link per page. The links must come from sites with no more than 50 outbound links. Must be good practice manual work, any bots auto submission stuff and the project will be completely cancelled with no payment. I check each link submitted. Only White hat methods. All Dofollow links. I need No links from social networking site, Social Bookmarking sites and forum profiles. Dropped links must be replaced straight away. I do not want free directory adds, PR0 links etc, these will not count. I will select freelancer within 2 hours
